Tenne Lodges offers lodges and chalets. The lodges feature a spacious room with free-standing furniture. Couches are designed by architect Gruber. Chalets are located 2.5 kilometers from the Tenne Lodges, near the Ratschings forest. Each chalet includes a terrace with a private jacuzzi and mountain views. Guests in chalets have access to suitePad for services, a shared Finnish sauna, relaxation areas, and an underground car park. A filled fridge with South Tyrolean delicacies is provided upon arrival. The ski shuttle stop is in front of the chalet, 5 minutes from skiing.

Tenne Lodges Restaurant offers local and innovative cuisine with ingredients from local producers. Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet and à la carte dishes. The restaurant serves zucchini mountain cheese piccata, suckling piglet with parsley root and mustard seed, and walnut pancake with plum and yoghurt. The bar area welcomes dogs. Lunch is available from the à la carte menu (12:00 - 2:00 pm), and the bistro menu is available between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. A pizza chef prepares pizzas in the wood-fired oven.

Guests can use the infinity pool, whirlpool, sauna area, and fitness room. The sauna area is accessible to people aged 15 and over. Saunas include a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, and herbal sauna. Tenne Lodges is 90 km from Bolzano, next to the valley station of the Ratschings-Jaufen ski and hiking area. The valley station is 200 m away. The Tenne Chalets are 2.5 km from the Ratschings-Jaufen skiing and hiking area, accessible by bus, with a bus stop 200 meters from the chalets.
